My name is Mandy and I’m a stampaholic, jewelry designer, mom of two, wife and coffee & book addict from Potsdam (Germany). I first stepped into the world of stamping and paper crafting in October 2016.
I like card making the most, but I also enjoy making mini albums, gift packaging and layouts.
What I love about my hobby are the people I met and the friends I made on my way so far.
Hey crafty friends,
Christmas is almost here and the cozy season begins.
December is full of nice events like baking cookies, St. Nicholas Day and decorating the Christmas tree.
Some then make a December mini album to record their experiences. If that's too much work, you might like my suggestion for a page in a Traveller's Notebook. You can capture and scrapbook the best events, but you don't have to work on it every day.
I picked out an older photo of my kids. That year they had fun plaid pajamas that matches perfectly the "Christmas Italian Style" design paper pack. I just picked my favorite papers, one that is a little stronger in tone and one for the other page that is a little more muted.
I decorated the pages with matching die cuts, a few splashes of color, some ribbon and a lace doily. Don't forget the journaling and that's it! For more interest you can sew around the paper or tear off a strip of paper for contrast.
