Shipping
ModaScrap uses the service of two couriers, GLS Enterprise S.r.l, for standard deliveries and DHL Express by Air for quick deliveries.
DHL Express
The shipment with the courier DHL Express takes place by air and guarantees delivery within 24 hours in all over the world.
GLS Enterprise S.r.l.
From the time the shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes place within 4/5 working days, depending on the country of delivery. For specific delivery types (urgent, with agreed timetable, remote areas) you can ask for a quote for the shipping cost by writing to support@modascrap.it
In case of non-delivery:
In case, at the time of delivery, the Customer is not present, the GLS courier will automatically send a non-delivery notice email. The email will contain the invitation to communicate to the courier, directly by email or by telephone, the day and time appropriate for the customer to receive the goods.
If the email is sent by GLS does not receive response, the package will go into stationary storage for 10 days.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs with DHL Express are calculated based on weight / volume of the package. Shipping costs vary depending on your country of destination. There are five different weight ranges:
from 0.1 to 5 Kg.
from 5 to 10 Kg.
from 10 to 20 Kg.
from 20 to 50 Kg.
from 50 to 100 kg.
Invoices
As required by the laws regulating electronic commerce, all shipments are accompanied by official sales bills declaring the value of individual items in Euros. ModaScrap issues the invoice only for stores and distributors provided with VAT complete with all the data provided by law. The invoice is sent after the shipment by email and contains all the information indicated in the order by the Customer.
For balance items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Times of order evasion
Orders of items already available at ModaScrap are shipped on the first working day following the order in which the order was received. In the event that one of the ordered items is not available in the warehouse in the times indicated above, the Customer will be notified of the delivery times.
Orders are shipped from ModaScrap from Monday to Friday with time from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
In all cases, ModaScrap reserves the right to postpone the shipment whenever there are events due to force majeure, promptly communicating to the Customer.
TRACKING
Tracking of the package
When the order is shipped, Customer receives an email from ModaScrap containing the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment. The courier notifies the Customer by email of the status of the shipment. The service is automatically activated if the email address field is correctly filled in.
